OpCos & portfolio

Two operating companies live in India. More to come across emerging markets.

LinkedCare and MangalCare are our first two OpCos — two halves of the same thesis. Digital infrastructure for clinicians and clinics, paired with the on-ground network to deliver care where digital alone cannot reach. The next OpCos will be in the GCC, Southeast Asia, and Sub-Saharan Africa.

LinkedCare · Connected Healthcare Platform
Digital health platform · Founded 2011

The connected platform for India's doctors and patients.

LinkedCare empowers medical doctors with practice-management tools, electronic medical records, electronic prescriptions, and secure messaging — and gives their patients a portal at mylinkedcare.in to see prescriptions, consultations, and reminders. We do not commercially intermediate between doctors and patients; the doctor's revenue and clinical relationship remain fully theirs.

  • Practice management with appointment scheduling and reminders
  • Electronic medical records and e-prescriptions
  • Secure messaging and video consultation
  • Native iOS and Android apps for doctors and patients
  • Engineering and operations in India · Portuguese legal entity (2011 origin)
MangalCare · Connected Community Care
Rural & community healthcare

Last-mile healthcare, connected end-to-end.

MangalCare extends connected care into rural and underserved India. We pair on-ground primary care capacity — through partnerships with local providers, clinics, and NGOs — with the LinkedCare digital platform underneath. The same patient record follows the patient from a village clinic to a specialist consultation.

  • Rural primary-care delivery, partnership-led
  • Connected to the LinkedCare platform out of the box
  • Designed for Tier-3 cities, towns, and villages
  • Single longitudinal record across the patient's care journey
How they fit together

One platform. One patient record. Two ways into care.

A patient who sees a MangalCare-affiliated clinician in a Tier-3 town has the same record on mylinkedcare.in as a patient who sees a private practitioner in a metro. That continuity is the point — and it is what we will replicate, market by market, as we add OpCos.

Expansion pipeline

The next OpCos — concrete markets, hybrid model.

We are actively scoping opportunities and partners across three target regions and ten-plus countries. Each new OpCo will be formed via one of three modes — build, buy, or partner-and-build — depending on the market.

GULF

All Gulf States

Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman. Strong digital-health readiness, clear gaps in continuity of care, and a short commute from our DIFC base.

AGO

Angola & neighbours

Lusophone-first. Our founder is fluent in Portuguese, LinkedCare's 2011 origin in Portugal hit >50% MVP market share, and the Portuguese legal entity and network endure. Adjacent markets follow Angola.

ID/PH

Indonesia & the Philippines

ASEAN's two largest healthcare opportunities by population. Fragmented systems, fast digital adoption, clear demand for connected platforms that respect existing clinical workflows.

Three modes of OpCo formation

B1

Build

Incubate a new OpCo from scratch. The original LinkedCare & MangalCare model applied to a new market.

B2

Buy

Acquire an existing local operator with the right clinical reach and integrate onto our connected-care platform.

B3

Partner-and-build

Joint OpCo with a local operator who takes equity. We bring platform, capital, and group functions; they bring clinical reach and local knowledge.
